Match Program Gifts Child Form

Modules>Fundraising>Match Program>List/Find Match Program>Match Program Profile

The gifts child form is located under the Gifts tab on the Match Program Profile and displays a list of all gifts associated to the match program.

Note: You can also add a gift to a match program by clicking the Add icon found on the gifts child form.

Gifts Child Form Information

The gifts child form displays a listing of all gifts that have been made associated to the match program. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column	Description
Constituent	Displays the constituent that made the associated gift.
Gift Date	Displays the date the gift was made.
Gift Amount	Displays the amount of the gift.
Purpose	Displays the Purpose Code associated to this gift.
Fund	Displays the Fund Code to which the gift was made.
Campaign	Displays the Campaign Code associated to this gift.
Appeal	Displays the Appeal Code associated to this gift.
Package	Displays the Package Code associated to this gift.

Child Form Icons

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed.

Icons		Actions
		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
